Compensation and Benefits
- Gather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs - Contribute to the management and development of our base salary, bonus, and equity programs - Support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of key compensation systems, databases, and tools - Help maintain processes to keep global pay/salary structures updated based on internal and external market data and in alignment with Apple’s compensation strategy - Support the management of Apple’s equity programs - Participate in compensation surveys and provide analysis of competitive positioning. - Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices - Manage reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses for Compensation Business Partners and other stakeholders - Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs - Assist with the annual compensation planning process - Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and vendors


  • 3-6 years of experience as a compensation analyst, consultant, or similar role
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information


  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Experience with Workday, MarketPay, and/or Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Highly collaborative style, strong team orientation
  • Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix, and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a broader view
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA a plus)


At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
