- Gather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs
- Contribute to the management and development of our base salary, bonus, and equity programs
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of key compensation systems, databases, and tools
- Help maintain processes to keep global pay/salary structures updated based on internal and external market data and in alignment with Apple’s compensation strategy
- Support the management of Apple’s equity programs
- Participate in compensation surveys and provide analysis of competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices
- Manage reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses for Compensation Business Partners and other stakeholders
- Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs
- Assist with the annual compensation planning process
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and vendors
3-6 years of experience as a compensation analyst, consultant, or similar role
Demonstrated analytical skills
Exceptional knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Experience with Workday, MarketPay, and/or Tableau is a plus
Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
Highly collaborative style, strong team orientation
Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix, and fast-paced environment
Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a broader view
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA a plus)
