Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to help Credo employees and leaders address workplace concerns with care, fairness, and timely follow-through. You will handle assigned cases from intake and fact-gathering through a proposed resolution and documented closure, with leadership approval. You will also partner with leaders on clear performance improvement plans (PIPs).
 
Base salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • At least two years of People Team, employee relations, performance documentation, or related experience
  • Neutral listening and the ability to conduct balanced intake conversations, fact-gathering, factual summaries, and follow-up under senior oversight.
  • Strong writing that turns evidence into clear case records and leader-provided examples into measurable performance documents.
  • Working knowledge of California employment practices and judgment about when to involve People Team leadership or Legal.
  • Careful organization, discretion, deadline tracking, and comfort with a People system, case tracker, or other access-controlled digital records.
  • Clear communication with employees and leaders across different functions, working styles and locations.
     
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience supporting employees and leaders in a technology, engineering, semiconductor or fast-moving office environment.
  • Training or supervised experience in workplace investigations, facilitated conversations and PIP drafting.
  • Experience organizing digital evidence, versioned documents and recurring review materials.
  • A relevant professional certification or bachelor's degree in business, psychology or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
