Founding Recruiter (In-House)

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $220K–$350K TC | $130K-$170K base

We are now looking for a Founding Recruiter to own recruiting end to end and help build a world-class team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Content, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role scope and hiring bar

  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels

  • Run first-round screens focused on culture, drive, and early-stage fit

  • Design and iterate on hiring processes including interviews, take-homes, and in-person trials

  • Maintain a tight, organized hiring pipeline with clear ownership and follow-through

  • Act as a steward of Virio’s culture throughout the hiring process

  • Build recruiting playbooks, scorecards, and systems that scale

  • Move fast while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience
