Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end close and reconciling items - all pay groups.
Research and resolve tax inquiries including and tax amendment processing throug ADP.
Lead year-end to ensure completeness and compliance of all activities to provide accurate W-2 to Ryzen's Client employees.
Serve as Payroll technical lead for Workday functional areas (i.e., Payroll and Time & Absence)
Attend and participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams to provide input on agendas items that affect payroll functions and give insight of feasibility for completion of projects.
Payroll review and auditing of semi-monthly and bi-weekly pay groups.
Assist with global payroll processing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payroll operations and system improvements.
Strong understanding of payroll regulatory compliance, and multi-state taxation.
Intermediate and advance Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working for dynamic and changing company environment.
Good interpersonal communication and written skills.
Must possess attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Global payroll experience is a plus.
Other special projects assigned by the Payroll Manager.
Pay Rate: $47-$62/hr (DOE)
