About the Role

The People Operations Manager is an empathetic leader who will focus on creating a positive, efficient, and strategic employee experience. They serve as a bridge between management and staff, tasked with aligning human resource practices with business objectives while ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with labor laws. The People Operations Manager utilizes data and surveys to find tools and services that will support the success of the individual and, therefore, the company.

What You'll Do

Internal-facing responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day employee relations and issues
  • Performance management and coaching managers
  • Onboarding/offboarding coordination
  • Company culture and engagement initiatives
  • Internal policy development and communication
  • Compensation planning and equity management
  • Talent acquisition strategy and hiring coordination

Professional Employer Organization (PEO) coordination:

  • Being the primary contact with your Insperity specialist
  • Ensuring payroll, benefits, and compliance items are handled properly
  • Translating Insperity's services into actionable internal processes
  • Managing the flow of information between employees and the PEO
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately

Qualifications

  • Degree: In HR, Business Admin, Psychology and/or
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in HR, Operations, or high-growth environments, focused on employee lifecycle, culture, and process improvement
  • Preferred: HRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, GPHR, or specialized HRIS certifications
