Part-Time Recruiter – Public Works Construction

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Recruiter to support our growing public works construction company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable connecting with people.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, trade sites, and other recruiting platforms

• Make outreach calls to potential candidates

• Screen and qualify applicants for construction roles

• Maintain organized candidate lists and follow-ups

• Assist in building a pipeline of reliable, qualified workers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Experience with recruiting, staffing, or construction industry a plus (but not required)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Basic computer and online research skills
