What you’ll do
Partner closely with the founders to align hiring priorities with company goals.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
Develop and refine our recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
Act as a candidate advocate, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to close.
The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
Proven track record hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) as well as GTM positions.
Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche talent networks.
Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust.
Bonus points for experience recruiting in AI/ML, real-time technology, or developer tools.
Actual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees receive an equity compensation package.
