The Talent Acquisition team manages a high volume of requisitions across our corporate offices. We have fun while we work and enjoy the fast pace of a retail company. We have close partnerships with each other, hiring managers, and internal partners.
Overview of the Recruiter role
You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers while leading candidates through the recruiting process. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you will source, attract, and hire candidates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with external organizations, schools, and associations to build a diverse pipeline of candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting projects that will enhance and elevate how we recruit at WSI.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
