The Role
We are in hyper growth mode and hiring is one of the most important functions in the company. We are looking for a top tier Recruiting Coordinator who wants to own something big.
We are early in building our recruiting function. You will help deliver a great candidate experience and support process improvements, while learning how a recruiting operation scales in a high growth environment. There is room to grow here as the team and function mature.
What You Will Do
Own coordination across Giga
Run point on every interview, onsite, and pipeline touchpoint
Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
Deliver a fantastic candidate experience through thoughtful and consistent communication
Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process
Track metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, and fix them before they slow us down
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep searches aligned
Support sourcing and research when needed
Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function
What We Expect
You communicate with clarity, confidence, and maturity

You treat candidate experience as a competitive advantage
A desire to grow and take on big responsibilities early
Must Haves
2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
Deep experience with Ashby and can operate in it with confidence
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments
You have a strong academic foundation from a rigorous university
Bonus Points
Experience coordinating technical recruiting
Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox and Lemlist
Interest in taking on full cycle recruiting over time
