With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we’d love to hear from you. You'll play a critical role in keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly: coordinating interviews, supporting our talent team, and serving as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including phone screens, video calls, and on-site interviews

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a welcoming experience throughout the process

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring workflow

  • Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate and requisition data

  • Assist with sourcing and pipeline management as needed

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

  • Support ad hoc recruiting and HR projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or similar administrative/operational role

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby) preferred

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
