We’re searching for a highly organized, self-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to help streamline the hiring process at a scaling tech startup. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the art of scheduling, and have a deep respect for candidate experience, you’ll fit right in! 

The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

The City: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) 

The Money: $35–$45/hour

The Ideal Candidate: Must have Ashby ATS and Google Workplace experience. 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced tech environment. 

The Day-to-Day:

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling
• Provide clear communication and logistics to candidates and interviewers
• Monitor and update candidate records in Ashby.
• Serve as point of contact during interviews
• Support ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives
• Champion a five-star candidate experience from first contact to offer
