Recruiting Coordinator

Our Philosophy

At Latent, we believe exploring a career at a new company should feel like an experience -not just a process.

People are at the center of everything we build, and our Talent team plays a critical role in shaping the company we become. We partner across every function, work closely with leaders and teams, and support candidates through some of their most important interactions with Latent.

Every person we hire can have an outsized impact on our future. That’s why every interaction throughout the recruiting process matters. We want candidates to walk away feeling welcomed, informed, and excited about Latent - regardless of the outcome.

The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Latent, you’ll own the candidate experience from the moment someone is invited to interview.

You’ll be the person who brings structure and care to a fast-moving recruiting process - coordinating with hiring leads and interviewers, communicating directly with candidates, managing complex schedules, and making sure every interview day runs seamlessly.

When plans change, you’ll know what to do next. You’ll anticipate what candidates and interviewers need, solve problems quickly, and make every interaction feel thoughtful and intentional.

You won’t just execute our recruiting process - you’ll help make it better. We’re looking for someone who notices opportunities, brings new ideas, and is constantly thinking about how we can raise the bar. This role is in office four days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the planning and execution of candidate interview days from start to finish

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

  • Communicate proactively and thoughtfully with candidates throughout the process

  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared

  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges and solve them quickly

  • Create a welcoming, organized, and high-touch experience for every candidate

  • Identify opportunities to improve our recruiting processes and turn those ideas into action

What We’re Looking For

We could give you a long checklist of qualifications, but what matters most is how you operate.

You’re organized, thoughtful, resourceful, and exceptionally good at making complicated things feel simple. You care about the details because you understand that the details shape the experience.

Your current title might be Recruiting Coordinator, Staffing Associate, or something completely different. Maybe you’re the person your friends trust to organize the group trip, build the itinerary, make the reservations, and have a backup plan ready when something inevitably changes. Maybe you have spreadsheets for things most people would never think to put in a spreadsheet.

We see you. This might be your kind of role.

You Likely Bring

  • Experience coordinating interviews, schedules, events, or other complex logistics in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication

  • A proactive mindset and a habit of anticipating what people will need

  • Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize when everything feels urgent

  • The flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt quickly when plans change

  • Genuine enthusiasm for creating thoughtful, seamless experiences for others

Who You Are

You thrive in environments where things move quickly and the answer isn’t always obvious.

You can field a question from a founder, handle a last-minute interview change, respond to a candidate, and keep the rest of the day moving—without losing your composure or attention to detail.

You don’t need everything to be perfectly defined before you act. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to bring structure, judgment, and creativity.

This role requires a lot, and that energizes you.

At Latent, recruiting isn’t something the Talent team does alone. Everyone here has a role in bringing exceptional people into the company because we know the people we hire will shape what Latent becomes.
