We’re partnering with an investment firm seeking a sharp, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support and optimize their hiring efforts. The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
The City: Menlo Park, CA | 5 days onsite
The Money: $35–$45/hour

The Day-to-Day:
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage full-cycle interview coordination and complex scheduling
• Ensure clear, timely communication and logistics for candidates and interview teams
• Uphold a five-star candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Maintain and update candidate data in CRM
• Assist with special recruiting projects and team initiatives as needed
Must have Greenhouse ATS experience
