We’re hiring a Recruiting Operations partner to join us in our new San Francisco office. You’ll be the backbone of our end-to-end recruiting operations, ensuring things run seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take charge of key recruiting administrative tasks, help build and maintain a delightful candidate experience, and ensure our recruiting team has the tools and support they need to thrive. Your work will directly contribute to our company’s growth and overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple roles and teams

  • Schedule and manage interviews efficiently

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from first touch to offer

  • Coordinate onsite interviews and host candidates in our San Francisco office

  • Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debrief documentation

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback loops

  • Partner with CEO, CTO, and the rest of the team to keep hiring on track

Needs:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
