Job Title: Recruiting Operations Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $120K - $160K base

About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a high-growth, fast-paced start up to hire a Recruiting Operations Lead to help scale and optimize their engineering recruiting function. This is a more senior, high-impact role designed to take ownership of operations, analytics, and infrastructure- freeing up time for leadership to focus on strategy and hiring outcomes.

The Role:

This role is ideal for someone who has come up through recruiting and is ready to step away from direct candidate management, leaning instead into operations, systems, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll sit at the center of a high-volume recruiting engine, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize recruiting operations across a high-volume engineering hiring pipeline
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and candidate quality
• Evaluate and refine candidate profiling - ensuring the team is targeting the right talent
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into recruiting metrics and trends
• Partner closely with leadership to streamline workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
• Oversee coordination logistics for a heavy onsite interview cadence 
• Leverage tools and systems (CRM/ATS) to drive efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:

• Background in recruiting (agency or in-house), with a desire to transition into operations-focused work
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Experience working with CRM/ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and building dashboards/reporting
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with significant onsite coordination needs
• Proactive, systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes at scale
