Job Description

Our well-known AI client needs a recruiting operations specialist. The rate is $110 an hr. This is onsite in San Francisco and an eight month contract. This is a technical recruiting systems role, not a programmatic recruiting ops role. The candidate must be comfortable inside Greenhouse configurations, not just using it as a daily tool. Referral programs, business communications, and onboarding ownership are explicitly out of scope.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Recruiting Ops, HR Ops, or Systems
  • Greenhouse ATS on resume (non-negotiable)
  • Hands-on Greenhouse configuration (not just usage)
  • Experience at scale (large/mid-size tech preferred)
  • Comfort with integrations and tech troubleshooting
  • Configuration of workflows, custom fields, approval chains, offer templates, permissions, integrations .Not just navigating the UI
  • History of building or improving ATS configurations, automation triggers, auto-tagging, template standardization
  • Can give examples of identifying bottlenecks, eliminating manual steps, and translating problems into scalable solutions
  • Led full-cycle tool implementations from scoping through adoption with minimal hand-holding
  • Familiar with: Gem, ModernLoop, JIRA, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, CodeSignal, Zapier, Retool, Google App Scripts, API documentation literacy
  • Built automated audit systems, compliance reporting, SOX/IPO readiness work - not just manual report pulls
  • Owned integrations and vendor relationships requiring technical coordination (not just license procurement)
  • Can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; comfortable in recruiter-facing enablement roles
  • Held their own in fast-moving, high-growth environments; comfortable balancing reactive tickets with proactive project work
