Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Sourcer & Coordinator to help us find and engage world-class engineering talent across software, firmware, and hardware functions.
In this role, you’ll own top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate coordination across multiple roles and teams. You’ll partner closely with our Talent team and hiring managers to shape search strategies, manage interview logistics, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams

Keep our ATS updated and pipelines moving

Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess fit and alignment

Champion a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or coordination

Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology

Startup experience or a track record of working in fast-paced environments

Clear communicator, highly organized, and candidate-focused

Experience screening technical candidates
