Under general supervison of the hiring manager, IDENTIFIES and RECRUITS candidates to support company hiring needs. SPECIALIZES in recruiting for corporate talent roles & in some cases directors & above or niche/hard to fill positions. RESEARCHES & DEVELOPS innovative sourcing techniques and robust search strategies across a variety of functions and disciplines to identify innovative ways to recruit top talent based on business needs. Responsible for building strong internal and external relationships.

Must have the following education/experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and or related field
o In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience
o 12+ years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience
o Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages
o Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation
o LinkedIn Recruiter experience
o Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
Preferred Qualifications:
o 12+ years of related professional experience doing direct full-life cycle recruitment
o Corporate recruiting experience in a large & complex organization
o Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate TA setting
o Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
o Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
o Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent
o An effective communicator who can promote a culture of trust, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
o Project and process management skills; highly organized & detail-orientated
Annual Salary
$136,325.00 - $212,175.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
