What You'll Accomplish
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on Staff and Principal-level full stack product engineers in the AI space
- Partner deeply with engineering leadership to build effective hiring plans and deliver high-quality candidates
- Launch and execute outbound campaigns using proven sourcing strategies
- Build and scale talent brand initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent
- Track, measure, and improve pipeline health and candidate experience
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering (Staff+ level)
- Strong sourcing ability and network within top-tier engineering talent pools, especially in AI
- Experience working at high-growth startups or category leaders, with proven results
- Strategic and operational mindset — able to create systems, playbooks, and iterate quickly
- Comfortable being embedded with engineering and working cross-functionally
