The Sr Director – Talent Acquisition for Technology is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role oversees all recruitment processes, leads a high-performing team, and ensures alignment with business objectives and budgets. Acting as a strategic partner, the position drives workforce planning and uses data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes.

Our technical recruiting team is composed of experienced talent needing a leader who can earn the respect of this elite group while navigating a high-stakes, high-velocity environment.

What You'll Do
 

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. This is across Technology, Product and AI
  • Collaborate closely with executives, department heads and HRBPs to forecast headcount needs, design strategic workforce plans, and align hiring priorities with overall company objectives
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, positioning the company as a top destination for exceptional talent
  • Source and attract qualified candidates across variety of platforms and leverage sourcing strategies for cold calling passive candidates to establish rapport and build a pipeline
  • Develop data-driven hiring strategies that anticipate future needs, optimize team structure, and ensure scalable growth across functions
  • Regularly provide insights and reporting to leadership on talent trends, pipeline health, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as an advisor to our technical leaders helping define role requirements in emerging AI spaces, and influence hiring approaches and decisions through deep market intelligence.
  • Monitor the health of our technical funnel, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing rapid pivots to maintain momentum in a competitive landscape.

Talent Acquisition Team Leadership

  • Manage a high-performing team of senior technical recruiters driving excellence through shared standards, technical calibration, and removing systemic friction, allowing your team to do their best work.
  • Communicate expectations of team dynamics, performance, and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish clear and concise performance goals for each team member and ensure open lines of communication on progress towards goals
  • Identify opportunities for development, appropriate training, and potential certifications

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience inclusive of deep technical depth recruiting experience, within elite, high-growth Technology & AI practices
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders who have an exceptionally high bar; you are a truth-teller who can push back, pivot strategies, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful recruiting programs with strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills
  • Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting and operating within a geographically dispersed organization
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, from staff to senior leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with diplomacy and tact
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and knowledge of industry trends to diagnose problems and forecast needs, ensuring that "gut feel" is always backed by operational data
  • Demonstrated track record of building scalable processes and systems from the ground up in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional change management skills with experience leading organizational transformations and driving adoption of new processes or tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building reporting frameworks, analyzing recruiting metrics, and translating data into actionable insights


 

Annual Salary

$195,000.00 - $315,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
