What You Will Do to Change Livesâ¯
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives. This includes designing, monitoring, and improving processes and procedures to optimize full cycle recruiting, including, job posting, candidate screening, preboarding, and onboarding. This individual will utilize process improvement and project management methodologies to automate, streamline, and create efficiencies for the organization that improve recruiting, candidate and employee engagement and retention. This role will supervise the Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
Shifts Available:â¯
Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $125,258.42 - $154,736.95.â¯Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.⯠The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.⯠Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
