We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support and optimize our recruiting operations as we scale. In this role, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and ensure our processes run efficiently. You’ll also bring a process improvement mindset, mentoring junior team members and helping build a best-in-class recruiting function.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and updates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track progress on roles and ensure pipeline momentum
Maintain accurate data in our ATS and help generate reports on recruiting metrics
Help identify and implement improvements to the scheduling and coordination process
Support onboarding and pre-hire tasks in collaboration with People Ops
Mentor junior recruiting coordinators and share best practices
Contribute to projects that improve the overall candidate experience and recruiting team efficiency
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related HR/people roles
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
A team-first mindset with a passion for candidate experience
Experience coordinating interviews across global regions is a plus
Prior experience mentoring or training junior team members is a bonus
