Talent Operations Coordinator

ALSO is looking for an onsite Talent Operations Coordinator to act as the engine behind our recruiting and talent operations infrastructure. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes extreme ownership over results.
What You Will Do
Own and execute scheduling for candidate interviews, including coordination across time zones and stakeholders—often under tight timelines.
Be onsite to welcome and greet candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming in-person experience from arrival to departure.
Maintain our ATS and ensure data integrity across recruiting pipelines and reporting dashboards.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a white-glove candidate experience from application through offer.
Drive process improvements across recruiting operations, onboarding, and internal documentation.
Act as a first responder and problem-solver for unexpected day-of interview issues or last-minute changes.
What You Will Bring
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a high-speed administrative role.
Experience at a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Given the highly-collaborative nature of this role and required proximity to our most senior leaders, this role is expected to be onsite in our Palo Alto office.
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
