This role is centered on overseeing revenue cycle registration operations within an anesthesia services environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across patient billing and administrative workflows. You will supervise and support team leads and staff, helping maintain high performance standards and continuous improvement. The position combines operational oversight, data analysis, and hands-on team leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will play a key role in monitoring productivity, resolving complex billing and registration issues, and strengthening process efficiency. Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA. This is a highly collaborative role where strong leadership and analytical skills directly contribute to operational success.

Accountabilities:
- Supervise and support team leads and staff within revenue cycle management and registration operations
- Compile, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date performance and productivity reports
- Monitor staff performance, accuracy, and productivity, ensuring alignment with operational standards and audit processes
- Oversee queue management within practice management and phone systems, ensuring timely task resolution
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, including support for annual reviews
- Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff
- Identify process inefficiencies and support development of strategies to improve revenue cycle performance
- Address escalated patient, physician, and internal departmental concerns in a timely manner
- Support HR-related actions including counseling, attendance monitoring, and resolution of personnel issues
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and internal compliance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing and collections
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare billing or collections environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business preferred
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage diverse teams with professionalism, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
