This role sits at the intersection of talent operations, compensation governance, and strategic workforce planning within a mission-driven environment focused on global impact. You will play a key role in shaping and operationalizing recruitment strategy by ensuring consistency in job architecture, compensation alignment, and hiring practices across the organization. Acting as the central coordinator of the recruitment lifecycle, you will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, finance, and external recruiting partners to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. The position combines hands-on operational ownership with analytical insight, supporting data-driven decisions that improve talent outcomes. You will also help strengthen onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. This is a highly collaborative role where process excellence, equity, and structure directly support organizational effectiveness and mission delivery.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation and governance of job architecture and leveling frameworks, ensuring role clarity, consistency, and alignment across all recruitment activities
- Oversee compensation alignment during hiring processes by applying salary bands, supporting equity reviews, and partnering with finance and leadership on hiring cost validation
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in coordination with external recruiting vendors, ensuring process adherence, quality control, and positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Act as the primary internal coordinator for recruitment operations, including intake sessions, role readiness assessments, and prioritization of hiring needs across the organization
- Monitor and improve onboarding processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, compliance, and early success of new hires
- Provide oversight of recruitment vendors, ensuring performance standards are met and candidate slates align with organizational expectations and role requirements
- Analyze recruitment and workforce data to generate insights, build reports, and support continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, talent management, business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR program management, talent strategy, compensation, or organizational development
- Strong understanding of job architecture, leveling structures, and compensation practices within structured organizations
- Experience working with ATS platforms (ADP preferred) and familiarity with recruitment data tracking and reporting
- Proven ability to manage external vendors or recruiting partners and ensure service quality and process compliance
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to equity, consistency, and process integrity
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments is a plus
