This role blends client management, Workday consulting, and project leadership across a diverse portfolio of global customers. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of Workday HCM implementations while maintaining strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels. Acting as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects spanning configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team capability development. Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing project scoping, resourcing, budgeting, timelines, and overall delivery execution.
- Lead Workday HCM implementation and configuration activities across multiple clients and modules.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership value.
- Monitor project performance, address escalations, and ensure timely communication with leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to consultants to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and participating in internal enablement initiatives.
- Track and meet key performance indicators including utilization, service levels, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure successful delivery of business requirements through testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM within consulting, implementation, or client-facing project delivery roles.
- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting, with exposure to additional modules (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Benefits, Prism, BIRT).
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of project management and change management methodologies.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support distributed teams in a global delivery environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
