Primary Care Clinician Recruiter

We are looking for an exceptional Clinician Recruiter to help build and scale our Talent function. You’ll recruit physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical leaders for primary care and clinical research nationwide, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven hiring experience.
Candidates must reside in Massachusetts or Northern California.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting outcomes for primary care and clinical research roles, including pipeline development, candidate conversion, and successful hires
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage physicians, APCs, and clinical leaders in highly competitive and limited talent markets
Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience, particularly with passive and highly sought-after clinicians
Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, providing market insights, setting expectations, and guiding hiring decisions
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with growth priorities
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and workflows in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and consistent communication with stakeholders
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and Talent leadership on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring progress
Lead and contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and programs that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities across markets and roles
About You
3+ years of recent experience recruiting Primary Care MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs in a medical group or outpatient setting
Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority roles while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Strong sourcing and diversity recruiting strategies, utilizing a variety of tools and channels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities
Self-starter with a strategic mindset who takes ownership and drives results
Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 annually
