This role sits at the intersection of compensation strategy, HR systems, and people analytics, with a strong focus on building scalable and data-driven total rewards programs. You will play a key part in shaping how compensation decisions are designed, executed, and analyzed across the organization. The position combines hands-on analytical work with systems ownership, particularly within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in compensation processes. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation cycles, job architecture, and pay equity initiatives. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, requiring both precision and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Accountabilities
- Lead the execution of the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary adjustments, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions, internal equity, and offer recommendations.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data and industry tools to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Design, maintain, and evolve salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support pay equity analysis, workforce compensation reviews, and reporting to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Own and optimize ADP Workforce Now as the primary HRIS for compensation processes, data management, and reporting.
- Configure and support compensation planning workflows within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring smooth system execution and user adoption.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and ADP tools to support workforce and compensation analytics.
- Translate complex compensation and workforce data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of job architecture, including job families, leveling frameworks, and career pathways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, reporting efficiency, and HR data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including configuration, reporting, and compensation cycle support.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, job leveling, and market pricing methodologies.
- Experience supporting or managing annual compensation planning cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to HR and business stakeholders.
- Experience building or supporting job architecture frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing compensation data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
