As an Enablement Specialist, you will empower our organization to deliver measurable value to our members, directly influencing retention and revenue. You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling a best-in-class member experience through data-driven strategies and high-impact content.
\nJourney Mapping: Partner with the Value Enablement team and key stakeholders to architect the ideal customer journey, focusing on maximum value realization.
Content Creation: Develop internal and external enablement assets—including decks, reports, and knowledge base articles—grounded in persona/positioning frameworks and engagement data.
Strategic Communication: Craft clear, compelling member communications in collaboration with Marketing, Security, and Customer Success teams.
Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze engagement metrics to refine resources and improve member outcomes.
Product Liaison: Act as a key stakeholder for Product teams to ensure seamless feature launches through in-app guides and training materials.
Feedback Loops: Facilitate internal and external feedback sessions to identify new opportunities for value creation.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
6+ Years experience in Product Marketing, Enablement, and/ or Client Experience (SaaS experience preferred).
Strategic Content Creator: You don’t just "make things"; you build assets—communications, reports, and decks—that are specifically engineered to drive action and clarity for our members and teams.
Exceptional Narrative Skills: You can take technical security concepts and turn them into content that resonates for a non-technical executive.
Project Management: Ability to lead a project from "idea" to "execution" across multiple departments without losing track of the details.
Relationship Builder: Comfortable working across teams and interviewing clients and stakeholders to extract insights.
Nice to have: Cybersecurity experience, data analysis skills
Ability to work in a fully-remote environment. Travel 1-2x a year.
