This role plays a key part in enabling senior leadership effectiveness by providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You will work closely with executive leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple priorities. The position also involves preparing meeting materials, supporting internal communications, and assisting with cross-functional initiatives that require strong organization and attention to detail. Accountabilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and priorities.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and alignment with executive schedules.
- Manage expense reporting, tracking, and submission processes in accordance with internal policies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for executive and leadership discussions.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency.
- Support office operations and vendor coordination to maintain a functional and well-organized work environment.
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff and teams as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced corporate environments.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience coordinating office operations, building management, or vendor relationships is a plus.
- Exposure to cross-functional project coordination or administrative project support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
