Job Description:

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our Palo Alto headquarters in a hybrid capacity (in-office 3 days per week) and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for our Sales and Marketing organizations. In this highly visible role, you will directly influence Uniphore’s growth by hiring the talent that drives revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.

You will own the end-to-end recruiting process—from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close—while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to understand strategic hiring priorities and deliver against aggressive growth plans. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, operates with urgency, and brings structure and insight to ambiguity. You’ll contribute beyond your core remit by supporting overflow requisitions, adapting quickly as priorities shift, and using data to continuously improve how we attract and hire top GTM talent. If you’re energized by building teams at scale, passionate about candidate experience, and motivated by real business impact, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to do just that.

What you’ll be doing

Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales and Marketing—from sourcing and market research through interviews, offer negotiation, and close—owning outcomes at every stage of the process.

Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to deeply understand organizational goals, role requirements, and hiring timelines, translating those needs into effective recruiting strategies.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive GTM talent, using data and market insights to build strong, diverse pipelines.

Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs using ATS dashboards and reporting tools to assess pipeline health, identify risks or bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication, thoughtful engagement, and strong representation of Uniphore’s mission, culture, and values.

Build subject-matter expertise across the Sales and Marketing functions you support, advising stakeholders on talent market dynamics, competitive hiring trends, and candidate expectations.

Support the broader Talent Acquisition team by taking on overflow or adjacent requisitions as needed, contributing in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Collaborate across TA, HR, and cross-functional teams to share best practices, align on hiring priorities, and scale recruiting impact across the organization.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales (enterprise, commercial, SDR/BDR) and Marketing (demand generation, product marketing, digital, corporate) in high-growth technology environments.

Demonstrated ability to attract and close passive talent while building diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.

Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and process improvement.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels of the organization.

A growth mindset with the flexibility to adapt quickly as priorities shift and new challenges emerge.

Comfort operating in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment where ownership, accountability, and collaboration are critical

A genuine passion for building teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What we offer

  • Fast-paced, innovative environment – Join a fast-growing company where no two days are the same and you'll continuously learn and grow

  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work directly with senior leaders and business partners across Sales, Marketing, and the broader organization
