Job Title: HR Analyst Intern
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour

Position Overview

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst Intern to support the optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources department.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in HR technology, data analytics, and systems optimization within a fast-paced, multi-state hospitality organization. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise HR systems, data governance, and process automation while supporting key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Analyze HR, Compliance and Recruiting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Support development of dashboards and executive reporting
  • Perform regular audits and maintenance of employee data in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for using data and analytics to drive HR initiatives
  • Develops, customizes, and maintains Talent Acquisition dashboard(s) to monitor trends and achievement of Company initiatives
  • Contributing to and supporting broad Human Resources programs with many cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Gather, coordinate, and create data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of all required internal and external reports
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Assist with audits related to HR data and compliance requirements
  • Support standardization of data entry, QA and reporting practices
  • Determines data collection gaps and recommends improvements

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Administration
    • Information Systems
    • Data Analytics or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Experience with reporting tools or data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Interest in HR technology, automation, and process improvement
