You will operate at the intersection of HR operations and HR Business Partner support, handling complex employee and manager inquiries that require sound judgment and strong HR fluency. Acting as a key Tier 3 escalation point, you will help resolve nuanced HR cases, support cyclical people processes, and ensure smooth execution of programs such as performance management and annual reviews. The role combines advisory support, case management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple HR teams and centers of excellence. You will also contribute to improving HR processes by identifying patterns, refining workflows, and strengthening documentation standards. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented environment where accuracy, discretion, and structured problem-solving are essential.
