and independent lives. We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage employee benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, compliance, and employee relations, helping build a positive, compliant, and people-centered workplace.
What You Will Do
- Administer FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other protected leaves, including ADA accommodations and return-to-work processes
- Manage ADA accommodation requests and lead the interactive process
- Track and coordinate leave documentation, eligibility, and return-to-work transitions
- Administer workers’ compensation claims and partner with carriers for resolution
- Maintain OSHA logs and required safety reporting
- Partner with payroll on pay, benefits, and timekeeping during leave
- Support employee relations, including concerns, coaching, and investigations
- Provide guidance on policies and contribute to HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of HR experience including leave, benefits, employee relations, and workers’ compensation
- Knowledge of federal and California employment and leave laws
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data tracking
- Strong communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
