Th Job

The HR Global Process Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day administration of HR services and processes ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely support that creates a positive employee experience.

In this newly developed role, you’ll help lay the foundation for a HR Service Delivery structure that advances the operational support to HR processes and programs including Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Employee Relations. You’ll also get to:

  • Support a wide array of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
  • Provide broad-based support for established systems and processes, ensuring ongoing quality control, adherence to corporate and departmental guidelines as well as adaption to meet changing employee and business needs.
  • Partner with HR, COE’s, and regional leaders to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred appropriately to the HR Service Delivery team.
  • Address confidential, complex and time sensitive data, process or service-related issues with a customer centric approach
  • Partner with other HR Global Process Owners (WFA, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Employee Relations) to support HR Programs and lead improvements to enhance HR Service delivery.
  • Lead HR project work leveraging effective project management including evaluating objectives, scope, establishing timelines, and accountability to deliver results.
  • Mentor and train other HR Service Delivery team members globally on any new transactional work.
  • Identify gaps in HR Service Delivery processes and opportunities for transition of HR processes handled throughout the organization to Shared Services.
  • Act as a change leader, helping to anticipate, assess and address the needs of the key partners and assist in change management activities (communication, change impact, training efforts).

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related fields.(desirable)
  • Demonstrable HR experience to include expertise in HR Shared Services or multi-function HR expertise (e.g., WFA, compensation, recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday) technology solutions.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and process documentation .
