Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HR Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage HR budget and allocate resources effectively
- Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture
- Lead HR team and provide mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives support overall business objectives
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in designing and implementing performance review systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Experience in a similar industry or company size
- Knowledge of data analytics and HR metrics
