In this role, you will support multiple client organizations in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment, acting as a trusted HR operations partner across the full employee lifecycle. You will contribute to both strategic and administrative HR activities, ensuring seamless coordination of hiring, employee data management, payroll updates, and benefits administration. The position requires strong autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across several stakeholders simultaneously. You will play a key role in maintaining HR process quality while supporting partners with responsive, high-touch service delivery. This is a highly collaborative yet independent role that blends operational execution with client-facing HR support. Accountabilities

In this role, you will support end-to-end HR operations across client organizations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance throughout key people processes. You will act as an operational extension of HR leadership, helping streamline daily HR functions while enhancing the employee experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting talent acquisition activities by coordinating interviews, screening resumes based on defined criteria, and monitoring candidate communication across recruiting platforms.
  • Managing core HR and people operations tasks, including preparing HR documents such as offer letters, termination letters, and employee handbook updates.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation of compliance-related information.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration by updating employee changes, managing deductions, and ensuring accurate benefits enrollment records in HRIS systems.
  • Assisting with general client support tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing inbox communications, and escalating requests to partners when needed.
  • Facilitating onboarding processes, including contract coordination, billing setup, and administrative support for new client engagements.

Requirements

This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with experience in both operational HR and client-facing support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across multiple client environments in a remote setting. Key qualifications include:

  • 3–6 years of experience in human resources or a related people operations function.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting coordination, employee data management, payroll updates, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms such as Rippling, Paylocity, Paychex, Greenhouse, JazzHR, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization.
