This role is responsible for driving large-scale transformation across the People Experience and HR ecosystem, with a strong focus on modernizing operations, improving efficiency, and elevating the employee experience. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning the full HR lifecycle, from Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning. The position blends strategic design with hands-on execution, requiring the ability to build future-state models and operational frameworks from the ground up. You will act as a key change agent, guiding organizations through complex transformation and ensuring adoption and sustainability. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and cross-functional, involving close partnership with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple disciplines. You will also drive end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives, from strategy and design through implementation, stabilization, and handoff to operational owners.
The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience with a strong track record in transformation, operational improvement, and cross-functional project leadership. You should be comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments where you are expected to both design strategy and execute solutions. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to lead stakeholders at all levels.
