Job Overview:
SK hynix America is rapidly expanding its AI and advanced technology portfolio and is building several new Tech/AI organizations from the ground up. We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner at the Manager level to serve as the people architecture lead for this initiative — owning the full journey from organizational design and leadership acquisition through to team stabilization and long-term talent growth.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an HR leader with a builder's mindset. You will be embedded alongside our engineering and AI leadership teams, helping shape new organizations, drive cross-functional alignment between our U.S. and overseas offices, and build the HR infrastructure needed to support next-generation technology teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 – $180,000.
