Provides consultative project, program management, and change execution support for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring efforts, and other business initiatives. Partners to plan, coordinate, and execute workstreams that support business continuity, workforce transition, and strong employee experience. Manages bodies of work with independence, applying judgment to solve problems, and translating direction into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables. Supports scalable mergers and acquisitions frameworks, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and reporting that strengthen readiness for both large-scale transactions and smaller acquisitions. Helps maintain repeatable human resources (HR) integration capabilities, supports disciplined day 1 and post-close execution, and contributes to business and people outcomes across a matrixed environment.Job Description:

Pay Range is $119,995.20 to $179,982.40 / annual salary. Sacramento Pay Range is $104,332.80 to $156,499.20 / annual salary.The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
