As a People Coordinator, you will support our mission-driven, research-oriented organization. This role plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team. This position ensures HR processes are executed accurately and on time across onboarding, offboarding, compliance documentation, and employee record management. Working closely with managers and cross-functional partners, the People Coordinator helps maintain organized systems, supports a positive employee experience, and ensures established People Operations processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This role reports to the Manager, People Operations.
\nThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $27.12 and $37.28/hour for California-based roles. Base pay offered will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and market location. TRI offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off benefits (including vacation, sick time, and parental leave), and an annual cash bonus structure.
