The Role:

  • Collaborate effectively with the recruiting team and hiring managers to efficiently manage complex candidate interviews.
  • Ensure clear communication with candidates and internal teams regarding interview logistics, providing detailed instructions and confirming any last-minute adjustments.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Lead the onsite candidate experience by welcoming candidates, managing interview schedules, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Oversee reference checks through phone and emails, ensuring thoroughness and compliance in the process.
  • Manage the offer process meticulously, from extending offers to monitoring completion stages, ensuring all details are accurate and deadlines are met. Escalate any issues that may cause delays.
  • Initiate and track background checks, communicating results to relevant parties and taking necessary follow-up actions. Address any delays in the process proactively.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy in our HRIS/ATS (Workday) and enhance visibility across various career and social media platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes and onboarding experiences to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets for recruiting activities.
  • Lead recruitment projects and initiatives, such as employment branding, sourcing blitzes, and talent outreach events, to attract and engage top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience with interview coordination in an HRIS.
  • 2 years of experience working with hiring managers and different departments to set up interviews.
  • 1 year of experience scheduling travel and accommodation for incoming out of state candidates.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in Workday (scheduling interviews, moving candidates through WD, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Should be able to work at a fast pace but also be very detail oriented and have a keen eye for auditing information.
  • Should have a very strong aptitude for learning new processes and technology.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently and have the drive to see tasks and projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to juggle shifting priorities, schedules, and last-minute changes while maintaining composure.
  • Should be a problem solver and a solution provider.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing for long period of time 
  • Walking between buildings for receiving candidates for interviews

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$72,400.00 - $108,600.00

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer.  The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
