Your Role
Gensler’s Northwest HR Team is seeking a Regional Talent Coordinator to support both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions across the region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and enjoys supporting meaningful processes from behind the scenes. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience while supporting recruiting operations and core HR programs.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition Support
Create and manage job requisitions in Workday Recruiting.
Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including phone, video, and onsite interviews—partnering closely with hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and Studio Coordinators.
Support offer letter creation and assist with candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives.
Assist with applicant review, job postings, and EEO/Workday audits.
Participate in recruiting events and campus recruiting efforts as needed.
Conduct research on architecture and interior design firms to support proactive and targeted sourcing strategies.
Ensure a consistent, engaging, and professional candidate experience from requisition through offer.
Human Resources Support
Support the full lifecycle of HR operations in partnership with Sr. HR Generalist and Business Partners
Assist with the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, compensation, and talent development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HRIS data, personnel files, and organizational charts.
Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including new hire data entry, documentation, orientation coordination, and Buddy Program facilitation.
Track and synthesize employee activity such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, and departures.
Provide general HR and benefits support to employees, answering questions related to policies, PTO, and firm programs.
Ensure compliance with Gensler policies and HR best practices.
Support firmwide projects and additional initiatives as needed.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
2–5 years of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or coordinated support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, or Tableau a plus.
Experience with Workday (HRIS) strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working with diverse, creative, and professional teams
