What You Will Do
- Design and execute high-impact hiring initiatives for go-to-market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs effectively.
- Drive outbound sourcing efforts to build robust top-of-funnel pipelines through diverse channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Help build out and scale recruiting systems, processes, and tools in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market roles.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong ability to collaborate with leadership to align on hiring goals and candidate profiles.
Preferred
- Experience in the technology or AI industry, particularly in recruiting for sales and marketing roles.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $200K, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth as they expand their team.
