Candidate Identification & Recruiting
⢠Partner with clients to support high-volume hiring across technical, professional, and engineering roles
⢠Source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, and professional associations
⢠Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
⢠Present opportunities to candidates and assist with offer discussions and negotiations
⢠Prepare and submit candidate profiles through client systems
⢠Coordinate interviews (internal and client), conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions
⢠Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth, positive experience
⢠Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and industry networks to support ongoing hiring needs
⢠Actively promote roles through social media and professional platforms to attract top talent
⢠Follow client and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality throughout the recruiting process
Recruiting Operations
⢠Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and activity tracking in the ATS
⢠Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms
⢠Keep an organized, current pipeline to support active and future roles
⢠Adhere to established client and internal SOPs for documentation, submissions, and reporting
