Voices Academies Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an inspiring and motivating leader who can work independently. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources, the primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to support the selection and cultivation efforts of the Talent Team, with an emphasis on recruitment strategies aligned with the vision of the Network to attract mission-aligned, highly-qualified talent for open positions at Voices Academies.. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support in full cycle recruitment, screening resumes, conducting interviews, conducting regular outreach through social media and career fairs, build strategic partnerships with community-leaders and higher-ed institutions/programs, extending offer and work in collaboration with HR to ensure effectiveness during the onboarding and support overall Voices Academies talent recruitment efforts and HR related tasks.
