Gensler is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our Northwest Region This individual will be based in our San Francisco office, one of Gensler’s largest and most influential locations globally. They will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the region while partnering closely with studio leadership and the regional talent acquisition team.
What You Will Do
Support talent acquisition efforts across the Northwest Region
Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers to discuss current studio hiring needs
Network with and engage top industry talent to recruit them to Gensler
Partner with the regional talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positions
Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified candidates
Manage Workday recruiting functions, including opening roles, dispositioning candidates, and closing requisitions
Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offer recommendations
Assist with recruiting outreach efforts for the Summer Internship Program
Maintain and update compensation and staffing reports related to hiring activity
Your Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Architecture, Design, Engineering, or AEC industry
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and/or Avature CRM experience preferred
Proven experience sourcing candidates and leveraging industry networks
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting practices
Compensation
** The estimated base salary range for this position is $115,000–$130,000, plus bonuses and benefits, contingent upon relevant experience.
Please note that this is not a remote or hybrid position. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office five days per week.
