At Palo Alto Networks, our Inclusion & Engagement team is a vital part of the Global Talent Enablement organization. As the Inclusion & Talent Engagement Programs Manager, your objective is to translate this vision into measurable operational and business outcomes. You will act as a strategic architect who proactively identifies opportunities and designs initiatives or systems to drive business impact for our employees, talent, and customers. You will also automate workflows to improve efficiency and expand our market footprint through targeted external partnerships.
Your Impact:
- Business Execution: Emphasize proactive systems design, consultative problem-solving, and alignment with the Inclusion & Engagement vision across Marketing, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) to solve key business challenges.
- External Partnerships: Architect, drive, and audit partner ecosystems (e.g., AFROTECH, WiCyS) to support multiple business objectives, specifically expanding product market reach and scaling technical talent engagement.
- Operational Scale: Deploy AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to automate administrative workflows and logistical tracking, redirecting team capacity toward strategic business execution.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Program Manager, Inclusion & Engagement, who leads our Employee Network Groups (ENGs) and Business Impact Projects (BIPs) focused on Inclusive Culture, to ensure global enablement strategies are effectively integrated into inclusion initiatives.
- Fiscal Discipline: Track and manage assigned program spend within the central budget tool managed under the Inclusion & Engagement team to maintain strict budget compliance.
Qualifications
Your Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent military experience.
- Expertise in architecting or designing and auditing external partner ecosystems to drive measurable product awareness and talent engagement.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects across Marketing, Product, and GTM teams with clear operational ROI.
- Proven ability to configure and deploy AI or automation tools to scale systems and eliminate manual administrative processes.
- Strong financial discipline with experience managing program spend in centralized budget tracking systems.
- Data-driven approach to tracking program effectiveness, reporting on progress, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
