The Role: Talent Operations Coordinator
The City: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Own complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a white-glove experience for every candidate.
• Anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead of fast-moving executives, recruiters, and interviewers.
• Streamline processes, build reports, and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the connective tissue between talent, leadership, and operations—executing with precision, flexibility, and empathy.
