We are seeking a passionate senior technical recruiter to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who has extensive experiences recruiting technical roles for our North America Ads Product Management & Engineering group.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle technical recruiting, responsible for actively recruiting against strategic mid to senior level requisitions within the advertising tech space
  • Be a trusted advisor of the hiring managers and other staffing and HR team members; provide leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition
  • Recruiting backend engineering, software engineers, programmers, developers, program management, data engineers, product managers within ad tech space
  • Identify, screen and secure top tier talented candidates (both passive and active) using sourcing strategies, networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
  • You’ll negotiate competitive offers and successfully close candidates in a tight market.
  • Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process
  • Demonstrates diversity awareness and utilizing sourcing techniques that reach diverse population.
  • Actively champion diversity recruitment strategies
  • Research and build knowledge of the competitive landscape in order to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles
  • Consult with HM, HRBP and other key stakeholders to create a competitive offer utilizing tools, benefits and compensation.
  • Utilize functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to better position organization when negotiating competitive offers with applicants
  • Assist Hiring Manager in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting-including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation tables, and market intelligence in order to recommend offer package components.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive for the best solution while leveraging Recruitment knowledge.
  • Host candidates throughout the entire selection process; create and own exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Leverage talent acquisition data and insights to build effective relationships across the organization and align to business need. Coach and train stakeholders as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience with minimum 5 years in ad tech domains

• You make it happen; you own pipeline infrastructure creation and encourage others to adopt new practices accordingly; you get it done with aggressive goals.

• Must be creative, able to solve problems and think independently
• Previous experience working with candidates requiring immigration, relocation and complex offer requirements.
• You know how to collaborate- you listen and collaborate closely with stakeholders to create shared successes, based on department/role hiring objectives.
• You know how to communicate- you are an engaging people connector and expert negotiator; your consultative approach ensures successful partnerships and candidate hiring outcomes.
• Highly proficient at finding hard to find talent through LinkedIn and attracting Passive talent.
• Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot tables) & MS Outlook.
• Previous experience utilizing Workday
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools inclusive of ATS, CRM, Attraction, Referrals, etc.
• Proven experience partnering with Internal stakeholders to support their Talent Acquisition needs.
• Advanced problem solving skills to address complexity and an in-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function.
• Proven track-record of accomplishment of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders to produce results.




Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $130,000 ~ $160,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
